His Gravity Flow Columns

CommaX His gravity flow columns are packed with highly cross-linked Poly (methyl methacrylate) beads which are coated with a propriety hydrophilic layer, then grafted with IDA ligands which donate binding sites to Ni2+ ions, forming an immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium for purifying recombinant proteins with poly-histidine tags.
