		<description><![CDATA[I am not familiar with all that but as long as the cap and trade exists the future of the planet is doom. Obviously it is much more profitable for a company to invest on environmental solutions in poorer countries, as it is cheaper to do it, than reduce their own emission so they can pollute the same or even more. Perhaps it would be better to wonder why are the forest in danger. Maybe it is to supply the &quot;artificial&quot; needs of people on developed countries and keep economy going. Would not be better to change the horizons of the occidental people in order to solve the problem? Probably it would, but that would end not only with the environmental problems, but also with the &quot;reign&quot; of those with power. The enemy of the forest is the money, that is the capitalism, from my point of view.
So for those who think that the company investments on reduction of deforestation will imply gaining rights to give out the same or even more CO2 emissions, I agree with you.]]></description>
